Email Marketing Lead

Role & responsibilities

• Develop and execute

  end-to-end B2B email marketing campaigns

  for lead generation and prospect nurturing.
• Create effective

  email drip sequences, workflows, and automation

  using HubSpot or Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Pardot.
• Manage segmentation, personalization, A/B testing, and campaign optimization.
  
• Collaborate with sales teams to improve

  MQL SQL conversions

  .
• Analyze campaign performance and deliver actionable insights.
  
• Maintain high email deliverability, sender reputation, and compliance (GDPR, CAN-SPAM).
  
• Work with content teams to build high-impact email copy and templates.
  
• Improve marketing automation processes and audience workflows.

Preferred candidate profile

• 5 - 10 years of

  B2B email marketing

  experience.
• Strong expertise with

  HubSpot Marketing Hub

  and/or

  Salesforce (Pardot/Marketing Cloud)

  .
• Proven experience in

  email automation, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing

  .
• Excellent understanding of

  B2B funnels, buyer journeys, and lead scoring

  .
• Strong analytical skills with experience using reporting dashboards.
  
• Ability to write effective email content and optimize for CTR & conversions.
  
• Knowledge of HTML email templates (added advantage).
