Red Sea Digitals Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a creative and data-driven Email Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize email campaigns that drive engagement, leads, and conversions.
Responsibilities:
Plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns
Design and write engaging email content and subject lines
Manage email lists, segmentation, and personalization
Monitor campaign performance (open rates, CTR, conversions)
Perform A/B testing to improve campaign results
Ensure email deliverability and follow best practices
Coordinate with design and marketing teams
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in email marketing
Hands-on experience with email tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
Good knowledge of email automation and workflows
Understanding of spam laws, deliverability, and best practices
Strong copywriting and analytical skills
Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus
