Email Marketing Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated fresh graduates who are interested to build a career in IT Sales and Business Development. This role provides hands-on exposure to lead generation activities through email campaigns, cold calling, and LinkedIn outreach, while supporting overall business growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

Email Campaigning

• Assist in executing email campaigns for lead generation and outreach.
• Learn to build and manage prospect lists based on guidance from seniors.
• Draft basic email content and personalize messages under supervision.
• Track email responses and update details in CRM or Excel sheets.

Cold Calling

• Make outbound calls to potential clients or candidates using provided call scripts.
• Introduce company services or job opportunities clearly and politely.
• Understand basic customer or candidate requirements and record details.
• Schedule follow-up calls or meetings as guided by the team.
• Maintain daily call logs and activity reports.

LinkedIn Outreach

• Identify potential prospects or candidates using LinkedIn.
• Send connection requests and introductory messages using templates.
• Follow up with prospects and share required information.
• Build professional relationships gradually with support from seniors.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA/BA/BCom/BSc/BTech freshers preferred ).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Willingness to learn IT sales and Lead generation processes.
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Internet).
• Positive attitude, confidence, and eagerness to grow.
