Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive We are looking for a skilled and results-oriented Email Marketing & Lead Generation Executive to join our team at a professional conference organizing firm. In this role, you will focus on reaching out to potential clients, creating impactful email campaigns, and generating leads to boost event attendance and sponsorship opportunities. Key Responsibilities Lead Generation Find and research potential attendees, sponsors, and partners for our events. Build and update a database of potential clients using CRM tools. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and other platforms to generate interest and arrange meetings. Work closely with the sales team to convert leads into customers. Monitor and report on lead generation activities to meet or exceed targets. Email Marketing Write engaging email content with attention-grabbing subject lines and strong calls-to-action. Organize and segment email lists for targeted campaigns. Track the success of email campaigns (e.g., open rates, clicks, and conversions) and suggest ways to improve results. Make sure all email campaigns follow legal guidelines like GDPR and CAN-SPAM. What We’re Looking For Someone who enjoys creating effective email campaigns and finding new opportunities to grow. Basic communication and writing skills. Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to handle multiple tasks.
