We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven
Email Marketer Lead Generation
to execute email campaigns that drive prospect engagement and generate qualified leads. The role involves managing campaign operations, optimizing email deliverability, building targeted lists, and closely tracking performance metrics. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of email marketing tools, best practices in compliance, and the ability to collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure campaigns contribute effectively to the business pipeline. Core Responsibilities
- Plan, build, and execute
email marketing campaigns
focused on lead generation and nurturing. - Create and manage
targeted mailing lists
through segmentation, list hygiene, and data enrichment. - Optimize campaigns through
A/B testing, personalization, and automation workflows
. - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing insights on
open rates, CTR, conversions, and deliverability
. - Ensure compliance with
GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and data privacy regulations
. - Collaborate with content and design teams for effective messaging and templates.
- Continuously research and adopt
new tools, trends, and techniques
to improve campaign ROI.
Must-Have Skills
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with
email marketing platforms
(e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho, Marketo, Pardot). - Strong understanding of
audience segmentation, list management, and email automation
. - Ability to design or edit
basic HTML/CSS email templates
. - Familiarity with
campaign performance metrics
(open rates, CTR, bounce, unsubscribe, conversion). - Knowledge of
email deliverability best practices
and spam filter management.
