Job Description

Working Days: 6 days (Rotational Shifts, 1 day week-off) Responsibilities: Handle and resolve customer queries through chat and email. Analyze client requirements and provide appropriate solutions. Take ownership of issues and resolve them on priority. Maintain professionalism in communication with clients. Multitask effectively while ensuring quality service. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in customer support (BPO/Email/Chat preferred). Graduation is mandatory (10+3 diploma also accepted). Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of regional languages is a plus). Familiarity with help desk tools, CRM systems, and MS Office. Ability to work in rotational day/night shifts. Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply. Skills: Strong customer focus and problem-solving ability. Patience and adaptability when handling difficult cases. Good decision-making and typing skills. Team player with self-motivation.
