Roles and Responsibility

  • Provide exceptional customer service through email and chat support.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally and promptly.
  • Work on blended processes, including both inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Continuously improve knowledge and skills to stay current with industry trends.

Job Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a related field, preferably in HR or BPO.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a blended process environment, including both inbound and outbound interactions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Familiarity with HR principles and practices is desirable.
