Email Automation Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize

  email automation workflows

  to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Manage and segment

  email lists

  for effective targeting and personalized communications.
• Collaborate with

  cross-functional teams

  (marketing, sales, product) to align campaigns with business objectives.
• Monitor campaign performance metrics, conduct

  A/B testing

  , and recommend improvements for better open/click-through rates.
• Utilize platforms like

  HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, or Marketo

  to streamline and scale email operations.
• Stay updated on the

  latest trends and best practices

  in email automation, analytics, and customer engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• 2 - 3 years

  of hands-on experience in

  email automation/marketing automation

  (B2B or B2C).
• Proficiency in

  HubSpot, Brevo, Mailchimp, Marketo, or similar platforms

  .
• Strong understanding of

  email campaign analytics

  and ability to translate insights into actions.
• Combination of

  creative and analytical mindset

  with a focus on user experience.
• Excellent

  written and verbal communication skills

  and ability to work in collaborative environments.
• Experience with

  personalization, lead nurturing, and segmentation strategies

  .

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in

  Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field

• Relevant certifications in

  email marketing/marketing automation

  are a plus.
