Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis

Act as the primary technical point of contact to implement ELV solutions pertaining to CCTV, ACS, TAS, PAS, and BMS.

Support the Technical Team Leader with assigned tasks.

Project Execution

Prepare pre-execution documentation and align with field engineers for end-to-end project delivery.

Install, support, and maintain hardware/software infrastructure including CCTV cameras, PA controllers, ACS controllers, readers, and fire alarm systems.

Assist in proof of concepts (PoC) for system validation.

Prepare scope of work, architecture, and technical documentation based on customer needs.

Participate in client interactions, technical presentations, and project closures.

Cross-functional Coordination

Ensure smooth handover to service teams (HOTO process).

Provide technical support and training to field engineers.

Collaborate with internal teams to share knowledge and optimize practices.

Support to Project Team

Partner with Project Managers to pitch technical solutions.

Develop training modules on latest technologies and deliver periodic training.

Prepare technical reports and project documentation.

Skills & Competencies Required

Technical/Functional Skills

Strong knowledge of ELV systems (CCTV, ACS, FAS, TAS, PAS, VMS, BMS, cabling infrastructure, visitor management systems).

Familiarity with leading ELV product lines such as Honeywell, Matrix, Hikvision, Sony, Bosch, Vivotek, GST, EST, etc.

Hands-on experience in deploying/maintaining surveillance, fire detection, and physical security systems.

Soft Skills

Excellent verbal, written, and client-facing communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.

Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines effectively.
