Job Description

Manage the end-to-end delivery of analytics services, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and client requirements.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client engagements, establish and maintain strong relationships, and proactively address client concerns or issues.
Lead a team of analysts, providing guidance, mentoring, and performance management to ensure the teams effectiveness and professional growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define and prioritize analytics service requirements, develop service delivery plans, and coordinate resources to meet project timelines.
Establish and implement quality assurance processes and best practices to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and reliability of analytics solutions delivered to clients.
Oversee the maintenance, enhancement, and support of analytics applications, ensuring their stability, availability, and performance.
Generate regular reports on service delivery metrics, performance, and client satisfaction. Maintain documentation related to service processes, operational procedures, and client-specific requirements.
Identify, assess, and manage risks and issues related to service delivery, taking proactive measures to mitigate potential disruptions or delays.
Technical Skills on Elastic, Basic AWS, Linux, Knowledge on Grafana, Terraform, Ansible, Python, Integration and Performance, ITIL/ITSM,
Strong understanding of disaster recover backup and security practices in SaaS and Non-SaS
