Elite Relationship Manager-BRANCH BANKING-Branch Banking

We are seeking a high-performing and customer-focused Elite Relationship Manager to manage and grow relationships with High Net Worth (HNW) clients. This role involves acquiring new clients, deepening existing relationships, and offering tailored banking solutions across liabilities, commercial assets, and investment products. The ideal candidate will have strong ficial acumen, excellent interpersonal skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Develop and expand relationships with High Net Worth customers for liabilities and commercial assetsEnsure high levels of customer service and adherence to bank policiesCross-sell a wide range of banking products to deepen client engagementEducate clients about new products and enhancements to strengthen relationshipsPlan and execute targeted sales initiatives and client engagement eventsCollaborate with group companies to offer integrated ficial solutionsMaintain detailed records of client interactions and relationship historyMonitor and resolve customer complaints and queries within defined turnaround times (TAT)
