As a Virtual Relationship Manager in the Retail Banking department at the sales hub, your role involves deepening customer relationships to enhance their value. You will engage with customers over calls following industry best practices and drive mobile banking adoption, emphasizing initial logins on the Optimus app. Your responsibilities also include building up CASA value, acquiring new clients, and increasing the "Product Holding Per Customer" within your portfolio. Additionally, you will cross-sell pre-approved products like Credit Cards to expand the range of products per customer. Customer profiling, presenting suitable banking products, meeting monthly operating plans, and ensuring adherence to bank policies and compliance are vital aspects of your role. Coordinating with teams for retail assets & trade transactions closure, resolving queries and complaints promptly, and promoting Relationship Banking benefits are key responsibilities for you. Secondary responsibilities include assisting with audits, delivering top-notch customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Your success will be measured by metrics such as CASA Growth, Fee Income Growth, NTB Customer IDs, Net Promoter Score (NPS), % of customers downloading Optimus, #products per customer, #cross-sells, % increase in average ORV, #customers upgraded to RB program, and #family/groups created.,
