As a Virtual Relationship Manager in Retail Banking at the Sales hub, your primary role is to deepen customer relationships and increase customer relationship value. You will drive quality engagements with customers over calls, aiming to enhance mobile banking adoption and drive initial login on the Optimus app. Your responsibilities include CASA value build-up, new client acquisition, and increasing "Product Holding Per Customer" within the mapped portfolio. You will also focus on cross-selling pre-approved products like Credit Cards to increase the number of products per customer. Additionally, you are expected to profile customers and offer suitable banking products based on their needs. To achieve success in this role, you must ensure the monthly operating plan is met to enhance scorecard and decile rankings. Collaborating with relevant teams for the closure of retail assets and trade transactions generated through client engagement is crucial. You will also need to maintain a customer-focused approach to quickly resolve queries and complaints, aiming to meet NPS benchmarks. Strict adherence to bank policies and compliance is essential. Your secondary responsibilities include assisting in audits to ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, as well as providing top-notch customer service to all clients to establish yourself as their primary banker.
