As a Virtual Relationship Manager in the Retail Liabilities department of the Sales hub, your primary responsibility is to deepen customer relationships and increase customer relationship value. You will achieve this by engaging with customers over calls, promoting mobile banking adoption, and driving initial logins on the Optimus app. Your focus will also include building up CASA value, acquiring new clients, and increasing the product holding per customer within your portfolio. Cross-selling pre-approved products like Credit Cards and other offers will be essential to enhance the products per customer metric. Customer profiling for mapped customers is crucial to offer suitable banking products based on their needs. Meeting the monthly operating plan targets is vital to improve scorecard rankings. Collaborating with other teams for closure of retail assets and trade transactions generated through client engagement will be part of your responsibilities. Your role also involves maintaining a customer-focused approach to ensure quick resolution of queries and complaints, aiming to achieve NPS benchmarks. Adherence to bank policies and compliance is non-negotiable. You will be required to pitch the benefits and eligibility criteria of the Relationship Banking program to customers and onboard them to the RB program. Additionally, you will assist in audits to ensure internal and external regulatory compliance and provide exceptional customer service to all clients, aiming to become their primary banker. Key success metrics for you include contributing to CASA Growth, Fee Income Growth, acquiring NTB Customer IDs, improving Net Promoter Score (NPS), increasing the number of customers who download the Optimus app, enhancing the products per customer metric, boosting cross-sell of assets products, increasing the average ORV, upgrading customers to the RB program, and creating family/groups within the program.,
