Job Description

Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:

Electronics Retail Account Management

  • Onboarding & manage key electronics retail accounts including consumer electronics chains, mobile carriers, Accessories and computer retailers
  • Execute joint business planning with major electronics retailers and technology distributors
  • Build strategic partnerships with mobile network operators and technology service providers

Technology Product Launches

  • Coordinate new technology product launches with retail partners
  • Manage product allocation and availability across different retail channels
  • Plan launch events and technology showcase activities with retail partners

Electronics Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Achieve sales targets across assigned electronics retail accounts
  • Negotiate promotional terms, display space, and technology marketing support
  • Plan seasonal electronics campaigns for back-to-school, holiday, and technology refresh cycles
  • Monitor electronics product performance across different retail formats and price points

Technical Sales Support

  • Provide technical product knowledge and specifications support to retail partners
  • Coordinate electronics product training for retail sales teams
  • Support retailers with technical documentation and product comparison tools
  • Manage electronics warranty programs and technical support coordination

Market Intelligence & Competitive Analysis

  • Track electronics retail trends and competitive technology landscape
  • Monitor technology product pricing and promotional strategies across channels
  • Analyze consumer electronics purchasing patterns and technology adoption rates
  • Provide insights on technology retail performance and market dynamics

Digital & Omnichannel Coordination

  • Coordinate electronics product availability across online and offline retail channels
  • Support retailers with e-commerce product listings and technical specifications
  • Manage electronics product content and digital marketing assets for retail partners
  • Coordinate with logistics team on electronics fulfillment and delivery requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 5–8 years of experience managing key accounts in the electronics/consumer durables space. Strong knowledge of modern trade, retail channels, or e commerce in electronics.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in sales analytics tools and MS Excel/CRM platforms.
  • Ability to travel as required to client locations.
