At Neo San, we specialize in decentralized waste management with our range of on-site electrical incinerators. Our products are designed to efficiently handle sanitary and other non-recyclable waste directly at the source, promoting clean and sustainable waste disposal solutions.

Education & Experience:

• Qualification: B.E/B.Tech in Electronics & Communication (E.C.) or Electrical & Electronics Engineering (E.E.E.)
• Experience: 1–2 years in a relevant field
• Location: Bengaluru
• Joining: Immediate

Key Responsibilities:

• Possess basic knowledge of electronic components and circuits.
• Handle PCBs, including assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
• Perform soldering work with precision and safety.
• Assist in prototype development and testing of incinerator control systems.
• Support the production and R&D teams with technical documentation and wiring tasks.

Requirements:

• Strong practical understanding of circuit design and electronic components.
• Hands-on experience with PCB handling, testing tools, and soldering techniques.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple technical tasks efficiently.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn in a manufacturing environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
