Role & responsibilities peration and troubleshooting of VFD drives , AC/DC motors , and control panels. Installation, calibration, and maintenance of PLC , HMI , sensors, and automation modules. Timely diagnosis and rectification of breakdowns in electrical and electronic systems. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth machine operation. Perform preventive and predictive maintenance of control systems to minimize downtime. Read and interpret electrical schematics and control diagrams. Maintain proper documentation of machine issues, solutions, and maintenance records. Assist in automation upgrades and implementation of process improvements. Train and guide junior team members or technicians as needed. Preferred candidate profile Hands-on knowledge of VFD / PLC / HMI / AC & DC motors . Strong troubleshooting & problem-solving skills. Knowledge of industrial automation systems. Basic programming experience in PLCs (Yaskawa/Siemens / Delta / Mitsubishi preferred). Good communication and teamwork abilities.
