Electronic Trainer

Job Purpose:

To deliver high-quality training in electronics, including theory and practical applications, ensuring students/trainees gain the technical knowledge and hands-on skills required for academic success, employability, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, prepare, and deliver training sessions in electronics (basic and advanced).
• Teach concepts such as circuit design, testing, troubleshooting, digital & analog electronics, microcontrollers, and embedded systems.
• Conduct practical lab sessions and supervise hands-on projects.
• Develop training materials, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.
• Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry practices.
• Ensure safety compliance in labs and workshops.
• Support students in academic and technical projects.
• Collaborate with industry partners to align training with real-world requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s or Diploma in Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation Engineering (Master’s preferred for higher-level institutions).
• Proven experience as a trainer/lecturer/instructor in electronics.
• Strong knowledge of electronic circuits, testing equipment, microcontrollers, and related tools.
• Hands-on experience in soldering, PCB design, and troubleshooting.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to create engaging and interactive training sessions.
• Strong mentoring and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills (Optional):

• Knowledge of IoT, Robotics, and Embedded Systems.
• Experience with simulation software (e.g., Multisim, Proteus, MATLAB).
• Industry certifications in electronics or training.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹27,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
