Job Description

Job Title: Electronic Data Processing (EDP) Executive

Department: IT / Production Support / EDP

Location: Govindpura Industrial Area, Bhopal (M.P.)

Salary Range: ₹10,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience and skills)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Relevant Field

Qualification: Diploma or Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology

Required Skills:

Knowledge of LAN, WAN, and basic networking protocols.
Familiarity with ERP/CRM software (Tally, SAP, or in-house ERP).
Strong in MS Office (especially Excel for reports).
Basic understanding of SQL or database systems (preferred).
Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

Key Responsibilities:

System & IT Support

Provide first-level support for IT hardware (PCs, printers, barcode scanners).

ERP and Software Support

Assist in the maintenance and day-to-day operation of ERP systems.
Support end-users with data entry, report generation, and basic troubleshooting.

Data Management & Reporting

Maintain databases for production, inventory, and quality data.
Generate MIS reports as required by management

Networking

Configure and monitor local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
Manage basic server configurations, IP address allocation, and firewall rules (with support if needed).

Inter-departmental Coordination

Assist in automating repetitive tasks where possible.
Maintain and troubleshoot LAN/WAN connectivity issues.
Ensure regular backups and data security protocols.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
