Electromechanical Product Development Specialist

Responsible for planning, designing and developing current and new products for Research & Development. This includes end-to-end product development, managing multiple projects and ensuring adherence to engineering standards, manufacturing feasibility and completion deadlines.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

· Drive projects from conceptualization till start of production

· Capture and specify the design requirements including the development and validation needed to deliver successful products and components

· Responsible for the management of all design activities including Request for Quotations (RFQs), Design freeze/release, Design Failure Mode Effect Analysis (DFMEA), Production Part Approval Process (PPAP), Design Verification/Product Validation (DV & PV) testing

· Develop new/improved solutions and identify and implement design improvements (functionality and cost)

· Provide engineering support for design, development or optimization of products by collaborating with stakeholders

· Engage with suppliers for any engineering / manufacturing concerns

· Preparation of 3D Model, Assembly, Drawings as per requirement

· Maintain quality standards by thorough checking of all models, drawings and implementing various quality improvement processes

Qualifications & Traits :

· B.Tech in Electromechanical with a consistent academic record

· Thorough knowledge of 3D designing

· Expertise in MS-Office platforms like Excel, Word

· Innovative ability, analytical, conceptual thinker, able to translate concepts to realization

· Having an eye for detail

· Excellent prioritization and project development skills

5 to 6 Yrs of post qualification experience in electromechanical product development and improvement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
