Job Description

Job Summary:We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrician – Building Maintenance to ensure the safe and efficient operation of all electrical systems within our building/facility. The role involves routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution, control systems, and other related infrastruct Key Responsibilities: Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical systems within the building. Diagnose and repair electrical issues, including faulty wiring, outlets, circuit breakers, lighting fixtures, and equipment. Install new electrical systems or modify existing systems to accommodate changes in building layout or usage. Maintain and repair building systems such as emergency lighting, fire alarms, elevators, and HVAC electrical components. Ensure compliance with safety codes (e.g., NEC) and local electrical regulations. Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency calls. Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities and repairs. Coordinate with other maintenance staff, vendors, or contractors when necessary. Assist in energy management by recommending or installing energy-saving devices or systems.
