Job Description

Job Title: Electrician – Factory Operations

Department: Maintenance

Location: Indore

Key Responsibilities

Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, machinery, panels, and production equipment.
Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and identify potential electrical issues to avoid breakdowns.
Troubleshoot electrical faults in control panels, motors, PLCs, switches, and wiring systems.
Ensure proper functioning of power distribution systems, lighting, and emergency systems.
Maintain accurate maintenance logs, service records, and reports.
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with electrical standards and factory policies.
Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve equipment-related issues promptly.
Assist in new equipment commissioning and electrical upgrades as required.
Monitor and maintain inventory of electrical tools, spare parts, and consumables.

Qualifications & Experience

Education: Diploma or ITI in Electrical / Electrical Engineering.
Experience: 5–10 years of experience as an Electrician in a manufacturing or industrial setup.
