Electrical Trainer

As an Electrical / Electronics / Telecommunications Engineer / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you play a crucial role in empowering professionals and aspiring engineers in the dynamic fields of electrical engineering, electronics, and telecommunications. Your primary responsibility is to provide hands-on training and impart industry-relevant skills that prepare individuals for successful careers in these cutting-edge domains. Your key responsibilities include conducting training sessions covering a wide array of domains such as ethical hacking, hardware and networking, software development, artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), data science, coding, network security, full stack development, web development, database management, cybersecurity, mobile app development, DevOps, cloud computing, and more. You are expected to demonstrate expertise in various industry-standard software tools and languages, including but not limited to C, C++, Java, Python, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP, Ruby, Swift, Kotlin, MATLAB, R, SQL, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Keras, Django, Flask, Node.js, Angular, React, Docker, Kubernetes, Git, Selenium, ethical hacking tools (e.g., Metasploit, Wireshark), networking tools (e.g., Wireshark, Cisco Packet Tracer), data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn), cybersecurity tools (e.g., Nmap, Wireshark), cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), integrated development environments (IDEs), and more. Collaborating with the curriculum development team is essential to create comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules. You will also facilitate hands-on learning experiences, coding projects, and practical exercises to enhance participants" skills and knowledge. Additionally, assessing the progress of trainees, offering constructive feedback, and conducting evaluations to ensure learning objectives are met are part of your responsibilities. It is crucial to stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software engineering to provide real-world insights to trainees. Providing mentorship and guidance to participants in their career development to help them become proficient software engineers is also expected from you. Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, or a related field. Proficiency in a wide range of software tools and languages commonly used in electrical, electronics, and telecommunications engineering is required. Strong communication and presentation skills are essential, and previous training or teaching experience in relevant subjects is a plus.
