Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Trainer to join our team in Ladwa. The ideal candidate will have 5-6 years of experience and be responsible for training, mentoring, and guiding students/trainees in the field of Electrical Engineering.

Roles and Responsibility

Conduct classroom and practical training sessions on Electrical Engineering concepts.
Design and deliver training modules, lesson plans, and assessment materials.
Train students on electrical systems, wiring, circuits, machines, and safety protocols.
Provide hands-on demonstrations using lab equipment, tools, and electrical instruments.
Evaluate trainee performance and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies, and best practices in the electrical field.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, machines, power systems, and safety standards.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to simplify complex technical concepts for trainees.
Practical, hands-on approach to teaching.
Strong organizational and mentoring abilities.
Experience in training and development programs is desirable.
Industry experience in Engineering / Engineering Design / R&D / Quality.
Qualification: B.Tech, M.Tech.
