Jr Mechanical Trainer

As a Design Engineer (Mechanical) / Trainer at ABC Trainings, you will play a crucial role in imparting training to both working professionals and graduate students in the realm of Mechanical Engineering. Your primary responsibility will involve conducting hands-on training sessions encompassing various domains and industry-standard software applications essential for achieving success in the mechanical design and engineering industry. Your duties will include delivering training on a diverse range of domains, such as CAD (Computer-Aided Design), CAM (Computer-Aided Manufacturing), CAE (Computer-Aided Engineering), Product Design, Analysis, Vehicle Design, Electric Vehicle Design, Tools Design, DIE Design, and more. It is imperative that you exhibit proficiency in utilizing industry-leading software tools like Creo, CATIA, SolidWorks, NX, ANSYS, HyperMesh, AutoCAD, and other relevant applications. Collaboration with the curriculum development team is essential for creating comprehensive and industry-relevant training modules. You will be required to facilitate hands-on learning experiences, workshops, and practical projects to enhance the skills and knowledge of participants. Furthermore, assessing the progress of trainees, providing constructive feedback, and conducting evaluations to ensure the fulfillment of learning objectives will be part of your responsibilities. Staying abreast of the latest trends and technologies in Mechanical Engineering is crucial to offer real-world insights to the trainees. Additionally, providing mentorship and career guidance to participants to assist them in becoming job-ready professionals is integral to this role. To qualify for this position, you should possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field, proficiency in a wide array of software tools utilized in Mechanical Design and Engineering, excellent communication and presentation skills, and preferably, previous experience in training or teaching within the field.
