Electrical Technician

As an Installation Technician in our company, your role will involve assisting in the installation of solar panels, inverters, and mounting hardware on various roof types and ground-mount systems. You will ensure that all installations are completed to company standards while adhering to local and national electrical codes. Your responsibilities will include: - Running electrical wiring and conduits, and making all necessary connections. - Performing routine preventative maintenance on solar systems, such as cleaning panels, checking electrical connections, and inspecting equipment for wear or damage. - Diagnosing and troubleshooting system issues, including ground faults, inverter errors, and panel performance issues. - Performing repairs and replacements of faulty components. - Adhering to all safety regulations and company policies. - Maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Completing all necessary documentation and reports for each job. - Communicating professionally with clients, explaining system operations and maintenance procedures. - Answering client questions and addressing any concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
