Electrical Supervisor

We are looking for an experienced and efficient Electrical Supervisor to join us.  You will be responsible for preparing work schedules and assigning tasks to the technical staff. Besides, you should be able to motivate your team members to perform diligently and professionally. You will be supervising on-site operations and reporting to the senior management. Moreover, you should hold strong administrative skills to conduct activities such as preparing reports and liasioning with various government departments. Responsibilities Preparing and assigning work schedules Ensuring proper handling and maintenance of electrical equipment Coordinating with on-site personnel like electricians, contractors, and architects to ensure proper workflow Supervising on-site electrical operations Conducting labor and material estimates Providing moral and technical support when needed Requirements Degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field Proven work experience in the Electrical department or any construction company Strong communication and interpersonal skills Displaying leadership qualities Highly motivated Possessing sound technical knowledge
