Description

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Supervisor/Foreman to oversee electrical projects and ensure they are completed on time and to the highest standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical engineering, with hands-on experience in supervising installation and maintenance work.

Responsibilities

Supervise and manage electrical installation projects from start to finish.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and electrical codes.
Coordinate with project managers and other team members to meet project deadlines.
Conduct inspections and troubleshoot electrical systems to resolve issues promptly.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.
Prepare reports on project progress and resource utilization.

Skills and Qualifications

Diploma or degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
0-5 years of experience in electrical supervision or related roles.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, wiring, and safety standards.
Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints and technical diagrams.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work in a team and independently under pressure.
Familiarity with electrical testing equipment and tools.
