Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Chargehand to oversee electrical maintenance and repair operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, leading a team, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance and repair work.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Lead a team of electricians in daily operations and projects.
Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide effective solutions.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution.
Train and mentor junior electricians and apprentices.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
5-10 years of experience in electrical maintenance and supervision.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, circuits, and schematics.
Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic equipment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
Familiarity with relevant safety regulations and practices.
