Testing Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Testing Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software testing and quality assurance, with the ability to design and execute comprehensive test plans. You will collaborate with development teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

Responsibilities

• Designing and executing test plans and test cases.
• Identifying, documenting, and tracking defects.
• Collaborating with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
• Performing regression testing and performance testing.
• Participating in code reviews and providing feedback.
• Creating and maintaining test documentation.
• Automating test processes using appropriate tools.
• Providing input on project schedules, estimates, and resource needs.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 5-10 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
• Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Experience with performance testing tools (e.g., JMeter, LoadRunner).
• Familiarity with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
