Description

We are seeking a skilled Plumbing Supervisor/Foreman to oversee plumbing operations on various projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing plumbing teams, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining compliance with safety regulations.

Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate plumbing activities on-site, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
Manage a team of plumbers, providing guidance and training as needed.
Plan and schedule plumbing work, ensuring timely completion of projects.
Conduct inspections of plumbing installations and repairs to ensure they meet local codes and regulations.
Collaborate with other trades and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on each project.
Assist in the procurement of plumbing materials and equipment.

Skills and Qualifications

5-10 years of experience in plumbing, with a focus on supervisory roles.
Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations.
Experience in managing a team of plumbers and coordinating their activities.
Proficient in reading blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members.
