Job Title: Solar Site Engineer

Location: Salem / Project Sites (Tamil Nadu)
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000/month

Qualification: B.E / B.Tech (Civil / Electrical)
Experience: Minimum 2 Years in Solar Industry

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise installation, commissioning, and testing of solar power projects.
• Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and labor teams at the project site.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality checks, and timelines.
• Review site designs, layouts, and drawings before execution.
• Manage resources, materials, and manpower effectively.
• Monitor site work progress and prepare daily/weekly reports.
• Troubleshoot technical issues during installation and handover.
• Liaise with project managers and clients for smooth execution.

✅ Key Skills Required:

• Strong knowledge of Solar PV systems, inverters, mounting structures, and cabling.
• Familiarity with electrical drawings, civil foundation, and structural work.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and site management skills.
• Ability to handle field challenges and deliver projects on schedule.
