Electrical Quantity Surveyor

As an experienced Electrical Quantity Surveyor joining our dynamic team in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for the commercial management of high-value electrical projects in various industrial and commercial sectors. - Prepare and manage BOQs, cost plans, and profit forecasts - Administer subcontracts, valuations, and final accounts - Issue interim and final applications, including remeasures, site changes, and dayworks - Attend commercial meetings with clients and internal project teams - Manage subcontractor accounts and negotiate change orders - Identify and escalate commercial risks appropriately - Collaborate with Planning Engineers to align progress reporting - Maintain accurate and detailed commercial records You should possess: - 8+ years of Quantity Surveying experience on electrical projects - Degree in Quantity Surveying / Construction Economics (technical background preferred) - Strong knowledge of contract conditions and commercial management - Proficient in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools - Experience on mid and large-scale projects - Excellent communication, negotiation, and record-keeping skills - Ability to work independently and manage priorities efficiently Join us for: - Exciting, high-value projects - Collaborative, forward-thinking work environment - Opportunities for career growth and development - Competitive salary and benefits - A culture committed to quality, safety, and innovation,
