Electrical Quantity Surveyor

As an experienced MEP Quantity Surveyor with 35 years of experience, your role will involve managing cost estimation, BOQs, tender analysis, and cost control for MEP works on UAE-based projects. Preference will be given to candidates with a strong Electrical and ELV background. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate quantity take-offs and cost estimates for all MEP systems. - Review tender documents and ensure compliance with UAE standards. - Manage budgets, variations, and subcontractor evaluations. - Coordinate with project teams for timely execution and cost control. Requirements: - Degree in Electrical Engineering or Quantity Surveying. - 35 years of MEP QS experience (Electrical focus preferred). - Proficient in MS Excel, AutoCAD, and QS software. - Familiarity with UAE construction practices and FIDIC conditions.
