Job location: Hyderabad Purpose of this Role: Effective Participation and managing the end-to-end tendering process for Buildings and factories in GCC countries, from tender analysis to pricing strategy. Responsibilities: Lead the study and evaluation of GCC tender documents including ITB, drawings, BOQs, specifications, and contract conditions. Prepare and validate detailed quantity take-offs and unit rate build-ups across civil, structural, architectural, and MEP disciplines. Prepare and review commercial and technical bid submissions, ensuring full compliance with GCC tendering requirements. Coordinate with JV partners, consultants, local agents, and in-country representatives for compliance, legal, and pricing inputs. Develop tender costing strategies in coordination with top management, factoring in project-specific risks, overheads, and profit margins. Analyze and verify subcontractor and supplier quotations, and maintain updated pricing benchmarks for GCC countries Prepare tender-specific risk notes, costing assumptions, pricing clarifications, and value engineering recommendations. Nature of Experience Needed for the Position Minimum 5 years of recent experience in tendering in GCC countries. Good in QS function including Quantity take offs , rate build ups, BOQ and contract interpretation skills. Costing and Budettin in Civil & MEP. Practical knowledge on GCC laws and contracts. Evaluating and Bench Marking Quotes from Sub-Contractor. Identification and documenting the Contractual and Project risks Experience in Tender submission platforms Experience in D&B and LS contracts Proficient Software utilisation, presently needs to work on excel. Understanding Arabic (Not mandatory) Ability to co-ordinate with various departments, Contractors/Sub-Contractors Skills / Competencies Strong command over Specifications/ contract models in GCC countries Skills in Quantity Surveying and Budgeting Understanding GCC laws Ability to interpret contract conditions Software utilization Knowledge in FIDIC and local laws Note: Candidate should be flexible for travel India and abroad.
