Job Description – Electrical Panel Wiring Technician

Position: Electrical Panel Wiring Technician

Location: Purnanagar, Chikhli, Pune – 411019

Role & Responsibilities:

• Perform wiring of LT/HT electrical panels as per approved drawings.
• Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and GA drawings.
• Carry out termination of wires, cable dressing, ferruling, crimping and related activities.
• Ensure proper installation of switchgear components, busbars, MCCBs, ACBs, contactors, relays, meters, PLCs, etc.
• Conduct continuity and insulation resistance tests after panel wiring.
• Maintain quality standards and safety compliance during wiring and assembly.
• Support engineers during FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) and troubleshooting.
• Maintain records of work done and ensure on-time project completion.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical or equivalent.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in electrical panel wiring.
• Knowledge of electrical standards (IS/IEC).
• Ability to read and understand electrical drawings.
• Experience in industrial control panels / power distribution panels / PLC panels preferred.
• Good knowledge of tools, crimping, and wiring practices.
