Electrical Maintenance Technician

About the Role This is a core operational role responsible for maintaining and resolving technical issues in Zolo properties across electrical, plumbing, and basic carpentry activities. The role ensures a safe and comfortable living experience for residents by addressing maintenance concerns promptly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Perform repairs and maintenance in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance-related work at assigned properties. Diagnose technical issues and resolve them independently without repeated vendor dependency. Ensure timely closure of assigned maintenance tickets (Average SLA: 2 days). Prioritize emergency concerns such as water supply failures, power cuts, or major leakages. Conduct preventive maintenance visits and ensure property readiness. Coordinate with vendors, warehouse teams, and property management for tools, materials, and job execution. Maintain professional communication with residents and ensure customer satisfaction. Provide alternate solutions if materials or vendors are delayed. Required Qualifications Educational Criteria Minimum 10th / 12th Pass ITI / Diploma in Electrical/Plumbing/Mechanical (Preferred) Skill Criteria Strong hands-on experience in electrical, plumbing, appliance servicing and minor carpentry work. Ability to troubleshoot independently and suggest permanent fixes. Basic understanding of safety protocols and preventive maintenance.
