Job Description

Role Description / Primary Responsibilities

Hands on experience of Maintenance for heavy duty machines (CNC/NC or Conventional), like HBM, Gantry milling, Radial drill, CNC lathe and Universal drill machines including 11KV power line and system.
Breakdown & Preventive Maintenance.
Maintenance of material handling equipment.
Maintenance of Utilities equipment like compressors, pneumatic and electrical grinders, welding machines etc.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, and technical manuals.
Maintenance for CNC machines, 11KV power system, Work at height for EOT crane maintenance, Three shift working.
Very good knowledge and hands on experience in repair and fault analysis of Various AC/DC drives, PLC , Scada etc..
Good working Knowledge of ISO, OHSAS, EMS and best industry practices like Kaizen, TPM.
