Key Responsibilities

• Operation and maintenance of 10MW 33kV substations, transformers, HT & LT panels, DGs of different capacities, and over 3000kVA UPS systems to support IT infrastructure.
• Management of 500KW+ solar systems and 8000 TR cooling systems (water-cooled, air-cooled, and gas-based chillers).
• Manage maintenance and servicing of all elevators through AMC vendors, including daily checklists, breakdown rectification, and new elevator handovers.
• Oversee AMC renewals and maintenance of UPS systems across the campus, including vendor coordination, bill processing, and logbook management.
• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations, including new lift installations, classroom renovations, UPS installations, and electrical project oversight.
• Support in electrical fault rectification and ensure DG set diesel delivery and handovers for new campus buildings.
• Prepare and share daily project reports and summaries.
