Role Description

We are looking for an experienced Electrical Design professional who can deliver clear, practical, and industry-oriented training sessions to our students. The instructor should be comfortable teaching real-world design concepts, software workflows, and guiding students through projects.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct live online classes on Electrical Design concepts.

Teach software tools such as AutoCAD, ETAP, Revit MEP, and related platforms (as applicable).

Cover topics like:

1. Electrical load calculations

2. Transformer/HT–LT system design

3. Cable sizing, voltage drop, short-circuit studies

4. Panel schedules, SLD creation

5. Earthing & lighting design basics

6. Prepare training materials, examples, and demos.

Support students with assignments, project work, and doubt-clearing sessions.

Ensure high-quality learning delivery and student engagement.

Required Qualifications

* Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.

* 5+ years of experience in electrical design (consultancy/MEP/project background preferred).

* Experience with drafting/design software (AutoCAD mandatory; ETAP/Revit MEP is a plus).

* Strong communication and teaching skills.

Good to Have

* Prior teaching/training experience.

* Exposure to industrial and commercial building design standards.

* Knowledge of relevant IS/IEC codes.
