Job Title: Electrical Lab Instructor Hiring for: Domotics Institute of Automation & Technology Location: Coimbatore Role Type: Full-Time, On-site Experience: From an Electrical / Networking / Automation background Shift: Morning / Evening (as per batch schedule) Timings: • Morning Shift: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM • Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM Role Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and practical-minded faculty member who has hands-on knowledge in Electrical systems and Networking, with the passion to train students for real-world automation careers. The ideal candidate must enjoy teaching, guiding students on projects, and implementing practical learning sessions instead of theory-only approaches. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver training sessions on Building Automation concepts, Electrical layouts, AutoCAD basics, and networking fundamentals. • Conduct hands-on lab sessions including wiring, networking setup, and device configuration. • Guide students through real-time automation projects and practical exercises. • Assist in the development and setup of automation training labs and equipment. • Create lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments. • Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback. • Support students in understanding wiring diagrams, layouts, electrical schematics, and automation protocols. • Work closely with internal technical teams to coordinate practical workshops and project demos. • Participate in internal training programs to continuously upskill in advanced automation technologies.
