It is a middle management requirement which will make balance between managers to ground workers. He will mainly perform the following activities.
1. Work as Electrical safety officer and ensure the safety compliance at ground
2. Handle the team of technicians and do work allocation amongst them
3. Handle the maintenance activities and ensure the work as per Preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
4. Ensure the spare availability and manage the critical and service spares through Oracle.
5. Extend technical help to technician, whenever it may require at field.
6. Maintain the routine records like DPR, IMS documents and statutory compliance.
