Role & responsibilities

Responsible for attending & planning day to day activities of HVAC, process area, QC, QA equipment breakdowns & trouble shooting.

Responsible for planning & monitoring preventive maintenance of HVAC, process area, QC, QA equipment.

Responsible for calibrations, validations of equipment in engineering department

Responsible for maintain & review of engineering stock inventory of spares and hardware.

Responsible for attending & planning for Electrical activity and Project work.

Responsible for review, update & maintain all documents, layout, CAD drawings as per CGMP norms.

Responsible to prepare the investigation of deviation and implementation of CAPA.

Ensure compliance to cGMP, SOPs, audit observations and all time readiness of department to face audits.

Responsible for to submit or issuing the documents from QA which is to be required.

Responsible for attending & planning day to day activities pertaining utility / Plant machine breakdowns & trouble shooting.

Responsible for area and equipment temperature mapping.

Role of Issuer for safety work permits.

Responsible for equipment calibration activity and documentation.

To update and execute calibration and preventive maintenance activity in Schedule Manager (New LIMS).

Responsible for maintaining all logbooks, formats as per requirement.

Responsible to Overall EHS operation and maintenance, MPCB activities and audit Compliance..

Responsible to prepare protocol and report for Qualification, Re-qualification and periodic verification activities.

Responsible to create template in e-logbook, review and approved records in e-logbook.

To comply and Maintain Statutory requirements.

Preparation of submission of Monthly ETP and STP Consumption Report.

Ensure compliance to safety policy, guidelines in the department

Monitoring of ETP Plant and STP Plant for analysis of effluent, efficiency of ETP process and STP Process and Handling respectively.

Responsible to daily monitoring Water ,Electrical, Diesel and PNG Gas consumption and timely submission of monthly, MIS and Utility reports.

Adherence and compliance to cGMP requirements.

Responsible for attending Temperature, Humidity and Pressure Balancing issue.
