Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Electrical Manager to lead all electrical operations across our STP, ETP, and WTP project sites. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical equipment and systems while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all electrical operations across STP, ETP, and WTP sites.
• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical equipment including control systems, MCC panels, VFDs, and related components.
• Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules to ensure uninterrupted plant operations.
• Ensure compliance with IS codes, electrical standards, and safety regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with project managers, site engineers, and contractors to meet project timelines.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex electrical issues with timely resolution.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, repairs, and safety audits.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of electrical engineers, technicians, and support staff.

Required Qualifications & Skills

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in electrical operations within STP/ETP/WTP projects.
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• Technical Proficiency:
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems used in water treatment facilities.
• Hands-on experience with PLCs, control wiring, MCC panels, VFDs, and starters.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Compliance: Familiarity with IS codes and electrical safety regulations.
• Software Skills: Proficient in relevant documentation and reporting tools.
• Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams and driving operational excellence.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
