Job Description: Electrical Engineer Location: Any of the Manufacturing Units of MDPH – Dewasnaka / Rampipliya / Kshipra (Indore) Department: Operations Reporting to: Operations Head & Respective Unit Head Position: Electrical Engineer Experience: Minimum 3–4 years Qualification: Graduate in Electrical Engineering Key Responsibilities: Oversee, maintain, and ensure the smooth functioning of all electrical systems, machinery, and equipment within the manufacturing unit. Troubleshoot and rectify electrical faults promptly to minimize downtime. Ensure preventive maintenance schedules are followed effectively. Monitor and maintain power distribution panels, transformers, motors, and control systems. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports with accurate facts and figures. Communicate technical updates, breakdown analyses, and maintenance reports via email to reporting authorities. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical regulations. Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to ensure uninterrupted plant operations. Suggest improvements for energy efficiency and cost reduction. Skills & Competencies: Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems used in manufacturing setups. Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance. Proficiency in preparing reports and communicating via email. Knowledge of safety protocols and industrial standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
