Electrical Engineer

Role Overview: As an Engagement Lead at ProcDNA, you will play a crucial role in leveraging data to unravel complexities and devise strategic solutions that deliver tangible results for clients. This position requires you to thrive in a dynamic landscape within a fast-paced global firm. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and execute the end-to-end incentive compensation process, including sales crediting, IC plan design, goal setting, and bonus calculations. - Develop and maintain input files for the IC system, incorporating raw sales data, goals, alignment, and eligibility criteria. - Collaborate closely with US HC clients to understand deliverable requirements and ensure accuracy and timeliness in all reports. - Work with cross-functional teams to refine IC processes, integrate best practices, and drive operational excellence. - Generate client-ready deliverables such as IC reports, scorecards, HQ reports, and other key outputs. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in engineering with 5-7 years of strong analytics experience. - Strong analytical skills with attention to detail to ensure data integrity and process accuracy. - Solid understanding of sales crediting, IC plans, goal setting, and bonus calculation methodologies. - Proven experience in creating input files for IC systems, including raw sales, goals, alignment, and eligibility data, and producing polished output files (IC reports, scorecards, HQ reports). - Experience with IC design principles and Health Check processes, encompassing fairness testing, financial modeling, and Monte-Carlo simulations.,
