Qualification:

• B tech Electrical /Technical diploma /Degree in Electrical

Key Skills:

• Supervise electrical installations, testing, and commissioning work.
• Monitor timelines, resources, and project milestones.
• Assist in planning and executing electrical projects (installations, maintenance, upgrades).
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and contractors.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
• Ensure work complies with industry codes and standards (e.g., IEC, NEC).
• Enforce electrical safety procedures and company policies.
• Conduct risk assessments and safety audits.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical regulations and environmental standards.
• Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical equipment (motors, switchgear, transformers, panels).
• Maintain logs and ensure timely maintenance schedules.
• Assist in budgeting for electrical works and monitor expenditure.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising safety or quality.
• Act as a bridge between ground teams and senior management.
• Coordinate with other departments (mechanical, civil, operations) for integrated project execution
• Lead and supervise junior technicians and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Coordinate daily tasks and assign duties on-site.
• Perform advanced installations, repairs, and maintenance of systems
• Ensure systems are installed and functioning as per technical specifications.
• Maintain logs and ensure timely maintenance schedules.
• Enforce site safety regulations and procedures.
• Conduct toolbox talks, risk assessments, and HSE audits.
• Conduct inspections to ensure work meets technical standards.
• Collaborate with QA/QC teams for site audits.
• Communicate with site managers, engineers, and sometimes clients.
