Overview: As an Electrical Engineer, you will contribute to the detailed design and delivery of innovative electrical systems. Key Responsibilities: Perform detailed electrical engineering design and calculations, utilizing software tools and technical knowledge to ensure accuracy. Develop compelling narratives to communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders. Collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams, coordinating work with project members. Plan and manage CAD and Revit documentation for design projects. Represent the organization in client, professional, and supplier meetings under senior staff guidance. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in compliance with design objectives and standards. Maintain awareness of project budgets, raising concerns about financial or budgetary issues as needed. Stay updated on current legislation, Indian Standards, and Codes of Practice to ensure designs align with best practices. Communicate relevant client and project matters to senior staff and ensure appropriate design decisions are met. Proactively manage personal workload, meeting deadlines while escalating workload challenges if necessary. Skills and Experience Required: Qualifications: BE (Electrical) with 2 years of experience or MTech (Electrical) as a fresher. Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with analysis software like CSC Fastrak, TEDDS, ROBOT, ETABS, or SAFE, with a willingness to learn as needed. Advanced Excel skills, including a strong understanding of macros. Interpersonal Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to propose multiple solutions, clearly outlining the benefits and limitations of each to clients. Professional Attributes: Capable of working independently or within a team-based structure. Demonstrates initiative in raising concerns about workload or deadlines proactively.
