Experience: Minimum of 2 years and up to 10 years of relevant experience in electrical wiring, control panels, or machinery assembly . Skills: Strong technical knowledge in electrical panel wiring and industrial machines Ability to read and work with electrical schematics and diagrams Familiarity with safety standards in an assembly line setting Onboarding & Training: Candidates will receive additional training at the factory post-hiring. Effectiveness of prior experience and training will be validated through an interview process at the factory before final deployment on the assembly line.
