We develop and manage RERA approved residential, commercial & plotting projects and offer excellent career growth. Role & responsibilities • Interact and guide customers, related to their query, documents and for payments, & its follow-ups, etc. • Co-ordination with the Bank for loan Cases, Preparing NOC, TPA and PTM for the Customers. • Issuance of different types of Letters /follow-ups to Clients and its Timely Dispatch. • Issue Statements of Accounts, Invoice, Demand letters. Reminder Letters and Pre- Cancellation Letters to Customers. • Issuance of Possession letters and handing over the possession to the customers. Knowledge of the conveyance /Sale deed and Registered BBA. • Handling all the Customer Queries on Email, whatsapp, calls and Follow Up with Different functions for solving the all / any Queries pre & post sale • Responsible for prompt & error-free end-to-end documentation up to project handover and record keeping; i.e. No Dues Letter, Possession Letter, KYC etc. • Interact with Project Site Team to solve issues faced by customer in their units i.e. any damage in flats or regarding maintenance payments etc. • Back of the hand knowledge of clients, issues, and dues-payment synopsis. • Solving marketing queries of walk-in prospects regarding all projects, progress or related documents.
